Aliens????

Today I have been reading through a book named Area 51.  Area 51 is know as Paradise Ranch, Dreamland and Groom lake.  Area 51 is an Air Force base in the Nevada Desert.  The U.S. Government built the base in 1955.   

Quick Facts

• People had been telling that some strange thing have been happening in Area 51.
• They also reported that they saw mysterious bright lights in the sky.

They also said the those mysterious lights came from the light of an Aliens UFO.  1989, a scientist named Rob Lazar shocked the whole world.  He said he studied an Aliens UFO near Area 51.

    

 The people think that Area 51 is home to then crashed UFO's.  Other also think that real life Aliens live inside the base.   They also said that the Roswell UFO crashed in Area 51.

I am not like other clouds.............

This week in my class we watched a video about a cloud.  The video had a special message, it said "This cloud is made of more."  We had to make a story regarding to the cloud.  In the story we had to pick who are we going to be.  I choose to be the cloud, the other option was being the narrator which is telling what the cloud is about.  I am going to show you my story here it is.

Multiply Multiple Digits

This week I have been learning how to multiply multiple digits.  I have made a DLO that will show you how to use this strategy.  This is a stage 7 strategy.

Reflective Comment: I liked how I did my DLO because its clear, next time I will go a little bit more quicker in saying what I was suppose to say.

Mystery: Bermuda Triangle?

This week in my class we have been looking at mysteries. We had to pick one of the mysteries and I picked the Bermuda Triangle.  There were a lot of option but I was more interested of the Bermuda Triangle.  I had to make a wanted poster. I created this poster using Goggle Drawings.  Here are some of the mysteries like Fiordland Moose, Roswell UFO, Lost City Of Atlantis, Power of the Pyramids, Big Foot, Crop Circles, Easter Island, Stonehenge, Loch Ness Monster and Moa Sighting Arthur pass.

Reflective Comment:  I think what I needed to do next time is describe the Bermuda Triangle a little bit more.  I think I a really great job and I had a detailed picture. 

W.A.L.T: Use written form to solve multiplication

This week in maths I have been learning how to use written form to solve multiplication.  My next step is: Use written form to solve division.  I understand this strategy very well.  I always use my strategy when I am stuck in hard questions or complicated questions.  Hope you like my video! Bye!
