A trip to the sky City! (Pt. 1)

Hello and welcome again to another post today I am going to sharing my experience of travelling to Auckland. So sit back, relax and read as my journey unfolds.

Day 1

I was woken up my mother at 4:00am to get ready for our flight. Except it wasn't just my family we were going with my mum and dad's friends (there is two of them).

So heading over to the airport we had to go on the plane by 5:00am, and we took off by 5:40 am. The plane ride only took one hour and nine minutes. There wasn't a very pleasant view when we took off but as we went up there was a sea of clouds.

This was taken when the sun was about to rise, though you can't see the sun very well. the colours add an enchanting touch to the picture.

Beautiful right? I especially like the one on top, because it looks rounded like Earth. Right?

After the exhausting plane ride, we got some food and some delicious doughnuts. Then my dad's friend picked us up and we started our drive to our first visit location.

After two hours of exhausting driving, we arrived at Matamata:

Information - Matamata:

Matamata is a town in the shadow of the Kaimai Range Mountains. Southwest of the town is where the Hobbiton Movie set was created for Peter Jackson's films/movies. Two other famous landmarks are the Wairere Falls and the Firth Tower Museum.

We visited Hobbiton and it was a fun experience, here are some photos:
