Juggling
Juggling Towels |
For juggling, we first had to juggle with some fabric, we started with two pieces of fabric and using two hands we had to throw it up and down and try to juggle both of them with one hand. After completing 10 of those, we then had to use three pieces of fabric and use to hands to juggle them. It was quite hard when I first started because I didn't know there was a technique to juggling the fabric, but after learning it from my teacher I managed to juggle 3 pieces of fabric.
After finishing ten reps of that I then had to move to a harder level which was juggling 4 pieces of fabric with both of our hands. I didn't complete this one because I just couldn't do it yet, someday in the near future I might but it was very hard.
Speed Stacking
Speed stacking was a sport that I really liked because it was really easy to learn and fun to do. Starting this activity was hard because I didn't know how to stack it properly and it was very frustrating for me. So when I finally learned how to properly do it, it made me joyful.
So at the start, we first had to practice stacking the cup in groups of 3x3s, 3 cups in one stack, and 3 stacks altogether. From there it was very easy to learn, you just had to lift the first cup up then put the remaining cup on top of the bottom cups. With speed stacking, we had a class challenge to see who stacked the cups the fastest. The fastest time was 3.67 seconds, while my personal record was 3.97.
I was very proud of my record, but I hope next time I can beat the class record.
