The Water Cycle!

Hello everyone! Today we learned about the Water Cycle! So we did an activity about how each phase of the water cycle connects with other events. Which we had to cut out from a piece of paper and then stick it on another paper where it will all be connected. After that, we then wrote some reasons why it connected and how it was connected with each other.

Scientific Words Used:
Precipitation: Precipitation is when clouds form heavy water and fall as sleet, drizzle, hail, snow and rain.
Condensation: When water vapour cools and molecules join together to form clouds.
Evaporation: When water is heated by radiant energy it turns into water vapour.
Transpiration: Evaporation from plants which then turns into evaporation.
 Pic #1:
Transpiration and Evaporation connect because transpiration means the evaporation of plants. Evaporation and water vapour connect because the evaporation will turn into water vapour. Evaporation and precipitation connect because of the water vapour which forms water that falls, etc. rain, sleet, hail and snow.
Transpiration, evaporation and precipitation all connect with the water cycle.

Pic #2:
Precipitation and condensation connect because the clouds that condensation makes then falls into precipitation.
Condensation connects to the water cycle because it is part of the water cycle.
Condensation and climate change both connect due to the heat or coldness of the cloud.
Climate change and hurricanes both connect because climate change can cause hurricanes.
Carbon dioxide and climate change both connect because carbon dioxide is needed for the climate to change.
Carbon dioxide and acid rain both connect because carbon dioxide causes acid rain.
