This term our Kete is Business and Enterprise, at the end of the term we will be doing a "Market Day" So we got picked to go in different classes with different teachers they were gonna be instructing and helping us with producing our product. So my teacher for my class is Whae Raewyn.
So what we did on the first of session B&T (Business and Enterprise), which was 2 whole periods. We got introduced to what we were doing and we got into groups, my group was Janel, Hans, JV (who joined our group much more later on) and I. Then we discussed what we were doing and possible things we could make for the market day.
So we said we were gonna make some cultural food from the Philippines. We had a lot of options but we rounded it up to one thing because it would cost a lot and we only had a budget of $20.00. We weren't aloud to cross the budget.
After doing that we went on to the second thing the Business Plan. We had to pick the CEO, Marketing Manager, Production Manager and Sales/Financial Manager. So we picked Janel as our CEO, JV as our Marketing Manager, Hans as our Production Manager and me as a Sales/Financial Manager. But Janel didn't want to be CEO anymore so me and her swapped.
Here is what it looks like now.
We also named our company LJ2H, it represents our name. L for Lyan, the J and 2 is for Janel and JV and H is for Hans.
I hope to be doing more blog post, hope you enjoyed reading and Bye!

Kia ora Lyan!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading your informative blog post about what your company is doing for Business and Enterprise. I really like that you decided to create a cultural food to share with us! Do you know what recipe you will be making? I can't wait to try it.
I think it was very creative how you combined your letters to make your company name! It is very memorable.
